When Webster Bank asked DKA to produce a video for their human resources group, they wanted to show how Webster’s brand promise “Living up to you” is an appeal for employees to reach beyond expectations to better meet the needs of their customers, and to better themselves in doing so.  The employees, in their own words, tell the stories of how working at Webster fulfills what matters most to them.
