The Connecticut Technical Education and Career System (CTECS) selected DKA to develop and implement recruitment and branding campaigns for its 20 technical high schools across the state. The bilingual advertising campaigns are specifically targeted to reach families with middle school-age children residing in specific zip codes identified for each CTECS school, and have included digital, social media, email, radio, billboards, posters, and a custom-built recruitment website. As a result of the campaigns, CTECS has seen increased interest and applications from prospective students, particularly at prioritized low-enrollment schools. DKA also produced a three-year Strategic Operating Plan brochure for the CTECS system to increase its profile among educators, legislators, manufacturers and business operators statewide.
