DKA develops first President’s Report for Goodwin College.
“We are at a new horizon, beginning with the construction of a dramatic new river campus, the planning of our first baccalaureate degrees, and significant improvements to college governance, administration, program delivery, community engagement, and financial capabilities,” said Mark E. Scheinberg, President of Goodwin College. To commemorate these accomplishments, Goodwin worked with Dornenburg Group to create the first-annual President’s Report. The publication tells the story of an institution that is perpetually moving forward with a plan that is both ambitious and attainable. Every day Goodwin graduates are achieving success in their professional and personal lives, often overcoming tremendous challenges in the process. Approximately 80% are working while attending college and receiving some form of financial aid. Yet, Goodwin College excels at preparing its students for rapid advancement in a knowledge-based world. For example, last year Goodwin was second in the state, only to the University of Connecticut, in graduating nursing professionals. Likewise, Goodwin College continually expands and meets challenges as it grows. Many achievements of the past year illustrate how Goodwin College is already bringing its vision to life.
